Every second year members choose a local charity to support during each President's two years in office.

All of the fundraising is done with the help of the members and the money is raised in a variety of ways such as organising Tombola Stalls at Garden Parties and Fayres; donating and selling second-hand books; attending car boot sales; making and selling cakes and crafts; silent auctions, etc.
